Not much of a story - more of a list - maybe I'll "flesh it out" sometime. Got married in 1986 to the girl I had been dating since 1980 - her senior year, my junior year (always had a thing for older women). Went to college together. Married one year after graduating and saving enough money for wedding and honeymoon. Rented house for one year in DeKalb then bought current house in the middle of nowhere in northern DeKalb County (west of Sycamore). Three acres, no neighbors (except corn fields) and a view for miles. Absolutely heaven. WIfe has worked for a major telecommunications company since 1985 - I own companies and she still does better than me... Had our first of four boys in 1995 - then 1997, 2000 and 2001. Two oldest in middle school pulling straight A's because they are bright and because we expect nothing less. 12 year old is a nationally recognized scholar already - he has tested above 99.9% in everything - keeps us hopping. All four boys are in sports - all four are pitchers this season even though two of them are the youngest on their team. Oldest two play football too. 3rd one wants to try this ...Expand for more
