Kevin's Story
Life
I currently living in Alexandria, VA. I am currently working on the Telegraph Rd. section of the Woodrow Wilson Bridge Project as an electrical field inspector for Virginia DOT.
My home is in the foothills of the Pyrenees Mountains in southern France. My wife, Myriam was born in Algiers, Algeria and raised in Toulouse, France. I have two stepdaughters, Melissa who lives in Charlotte, NC and Rachel who attends Allegheny College in Meadville, PA. After leaving high school, I joined the U.S. Air Force. After leaving the service, I went to work for a NASA contractor at Goddard Space Flight Center in Maryland. I spent 17 years working for that contractor before working for various contractors for 9 yrs. automating freeway systems. My projects included: San Antonio Transguide, Phoenix Freeway Management System, Tucson FMS, Nogales Border Crossing, Gilbert (AZ) ATMS, an Electronic Toll Collection project north of Oakland, CA. and Woodrow Wilson Bridge Project.
