Kevin Endo:  

Life Graduated from Jacksonville State University in 1980 with a BS in Art Education. Prior to that, in 1975 I was privileged to have marched a season with the Charioteers Drum and Bugle Corps (played bass baritone bugle). Worked a variety of jobs over the years: cottage supervisor at a home for emotionally disturbed teenagers, archaeological surveyor, visual merchandising, advertising, computer operations, financial securities associate for Wachovia and others. Jack of all trades, master of none. I've worked for Performance Inc. (the largest mail order bike company in the country) since 1999 after moving to North Carolina to get married to another Huffman High graduate (Terry Patrickis/ 1976, first and only marriage for both of us). Prior to my move to NC I lived in Richmond, VA, for about 12 years with a stint in Alexandria, VA, from 1990 to 1993 teaching middle school art for Fairfax County Public Schools. I won't teach again but I was extremely proud to have been a teacher and I had a lot of great students. And although I moved away from Birmingham in 1985 I still consider myself an Alabama native (although I was born in Salt Lake City, Utah). One person that I worked with in Richmond, VA couldn't believe that a person from Alabama (myself) would be going to the opera and enjoying it ("Hey man, I grew up in the city, and I've listened to classical music since I was five").
