Kevin's Story

Turning fifty gives one cause for pause and to reflect upon where their life has taken them aside from closer to retirement. Not to be too philisophical, just an observation... There were many opportunities in my life and I seized each and every moment to travel, take on new challenges and meet new people. Nonetheless, I want to stay and reconnect with friends from my past; those people who touched my life in some way, shape or form. I went to school in Hawaii and California. Kailua High and Del Campo were my high schools; I spent an equal amount of time in each... Although, most of my formalible years were spent in the islands. My family moved to Sacramento, California in 1973 and finished high school there. I scooted from Sacramento as soon as I graduate...Expand for more
d. There were no farwells, I was just out of there! I considered moving back to the islands on a number of occassions, but the cost of living priced me out of the market; so I made my home in the Central Valley and lived there most of my adult life. Recently, I made a move to the Bay Area. I am closer to the beach, the Pacific ocean and the activities I enjoy. I should have done this years ago! My family stills makes it home in the islands, I have my friends and family in the Central Valley, and I work in Sacramento periodically. Regardless of where I had gone, I find that life takes me back to places that meant the most to me!! There is no doubt in my mind that all roads will take you back home; so until we meet again, be safe and stay in touch! Kevin
