Kevin's Story
How to start? After graduation, I went to Lincoln then to Minot ND, returning to Kimball in Dec '68' it was Feb '69' when I went into the Army and became a Medic. I was stationed at Ft Riley KS, and I met my wife there while she was attending a boarding school. I asked her to marry me and then got transferred to Germany. I came back in May of '70', and we were married and I took her back to Germany with me. We were there for 8 months, and got to explore many castles, and a Roman Fortress that was being restored on the Gaul line.
After returning to the states, I attended college majoring in Pre-Med for 2 years. Both of our children...Expand for more
(son Steve, and daughter April) were born during that time. We moved to Ks for 6 yrs, then I went back to college for another year mojoring in Biology. I got hooked on Computers and took 2 more years of Computer science. We moved out here to Colorado and I worked for the state of Colorado, as a Sr. Computer Programmer / Systems Analyst. My wife Susan of 38 years, my mother, and I were able to go to Washington DC to enjoy the Cherry Blossoms this last April, and then I retired June 30 of this year (08).
Currently I am just enjoying myself. I have been working on my brother's van, my mom's house, and a couple of my own pet projects.
