Kevin's Story
Following graduation from East I attended Washington State University and then the University of Puget Sound. I obtained my degree in Physical Therapy and have been working in Seattle for the past 30 years. I got married to Jayne almost 27 years ago. We have been living in an old house in north Seattle for 12 years and have spent too much time, money and sweat on remodeling; though there is much satisfaction in finally completing the many projects and wondering how we were able to do all those things. gone on many hiking and showshoeing trips with them. I keep in touch with a few close friends from Bremerton and currently am working with Bryan Garinger, Rick Torseth and Rick Walker on a project with Coach Les Eathorne. We are writing the history of East Bremerton basketball and have spent many hours with the coach getting his thoughts and recollections from the 25 years that East existed. We hope to soon have a finished product; not sure what we will do with it, but it feels rewarding to have captured some of the history of Bremerton that will now be preserved.
