ngs with my best friend/wife Kathy Syler, being with family, and having fun with my Daughter (Tricia) and John, their kids Anna, Ivey and Luke (triplet grandchildren) and Montana (niece) and playing music with the bands, Won By One, Soul Session, Jackwagon, Grove Hollar, Bad Nayber, the legendary Jimmy Hall (Wet Willie) and anyone else that needs an organ, piano or keyboard player. All of this will keep me young or kill me!
On my birthday in September of 2000 I dove in a swimming pool, broke my left arm and was diagnosed with a Plasmacytoma which was classified as Multiple Myeloma. It stayed dormant until March 7, 2014 when it became very active again. On March 24 2014 I started very aggressive Chemotherapy treatments for 5 months and a stem cell transplant in September 2014. The doctors and I are hoping this will drive it dormant again. The current plan is a chemo maintenance program that will last through September of 2016, dependent upon the continuing results of my blood work.".
