Life
Remarried and living in Las Vegas (actually Henderson) Nevada........35 years now! Three children: Nicole (37); Joey (27) and Dennis (26) - MY MARINE. Two granddaughters: Courtney (13) and Cassidy (11) - by Nicole (payback time for her) one grandson: Brandon (3) Dennis' little guy! Moved my parents to Henderson about 10 years ago from Hemet, CA - Lost Dad in 2003 to Alzheimers; Mom (90) lives in an Assisted Living Home close to me.....not too much fun being your parents parent! Still working at the City of Las Vegas (30 years 12/29/07)....Public Works/Field Operations....Administrative Officer. part of my job). Looking forward to retirement - - right now May 9, 2008 looks like a good date! Vacations consist of trips to Big Bear to meet up with my cousin at his house in Fawnskin and a winter week snow skiing in Brian Head, Utah. Granddaughters are skiers now! Go to SO CA for trips to Disneyland, Sea World and the beach - most recently August 2007. August 2000 - not a pleasure visit to SO CA....surgery at the House Ear Institute in LA (St. Vincents) to remove an Acoustic Neuroma (tumor in my acoustic nerve)....all OK seven years out......at least life did get back to normal after that little bump in the road!
