Kim's Story

Life After high school I did some traveling...worked on Mackinac one season, lived in the Virgin Islands (St. Thomas) for Five years, island hopping while working for Estee Lauder. Then in 1993 I ended up in the desert, where I have remained for the last 14 years. I llived in Las Vegas NV for the last 13 and now reside in Albuquerque, NM with my new Fiancee and my two daughters, ages 9 and 11. We live in a small town south of Albuquerque by the name of Belen. It's quiet...and the New mexico Sunsets that we can see from our back patio are breathtaking! My parents still live in Michigan though...they tried desert life for about a year or so, and decided they were going to head back to Wolverine country after about ...Expand for more
17 months. I of course miss them terribly. Anyway, that's it for me. Anyone who might be curious, all that extra poundage I had in high school magically came off once I began living in warm and sunny climates. Dropping sixty pounds two years out of high school pretty much proved to me that warm weather agrees with me! So what have you all been up to? I'm certain that there are lots of people out there who went to the reunions. I was going to head home to the 15 year...but all kinds of things were going on at the time (like my divorce and getting used to being a single mom) and I never made it out there. I'd love to hear what my old friends have been doing...so feel free to drop a message when you get a chance.
