I am a great proponent of Orthomolecular Medicine, which I believe is the best medically and scientifically supportive perspective on natural living. I would advise anyone to see an orthomolecular practitioner if you are having health problems. I personally will see Dr. Jonathon Prousky in Toronto, as long as I am living in Ontario. If I could find a replacement for Dr. Jozef Krop who is now retired, I would also see such a practitioner.

I also highly recommend reading anything written by Adelle Davis. She was a nutritionist and scientist extraordinaire, well-known in our parent's time. Her books are very inexpensive, ordered online.
Google or Youtube Dr. Abram Hoffer, cofounder of Orthomolecular Medicine, and you will find much to listen to. It all started with Mental Health, especially schizophrenia, which also helped other physical symptoms of patients. His memoirs are fascinating, Adventures in Psychiatry. Great if you want a history of psychiatry and the politics of medicine.
I must also mention the Vitamin Information Center in Victoria, BC.".
