Kim's Story

A lot has happened since graduation. I have been married almost 25 years (12/83) and have been raising 3 kids and homeschooling until HS. My husband, Tab, has been retired for 7 years (2000) from the CDC/ Pelican Bay. We moved back to Carmichael from Cresecent City for a bit. We made our way to south western Idaho( Nampa near Boise)in August 2005 and are loving it. Snow days are a blast and the weather is great! Icy roads and snow plows make travel interesting. Thank God for ice melt! Our oldest son Josh (20 now) is an Airman 1st class in the Air National Guard stationed here in Boise at Gowan Field. he has taken up snowboarding and mountain biking which are very popular here. He is starting his junior year at Boise State in the fall with as Criminal Justice major. Our daught...Expand for more
er, Emily is 16 and will be a senior next fall. This sring she tried something new and played LaCrosse. that was fun to watch. It sure beat the long drawn out Little League games...only an hour and a half long! She is participating in the Sports Medicine program throught the high school. She plans on being a Physical Therpist, and will also earn concurrent credits toward her major. Our youngest, Jacob is 11 and will start 6th grade in the fall. couple He is busy! He played PAL football and was on the heavy weights team...he was the smallest at only 104 lbs! he play Defensive end and loved it! He also is in the middle of baseball and doing well. He enjoys pitching and being the clean-up batter for the team. Of course I can't wait to hear from my school friends. Write soon!
