Kim's Story
Classmates finally squeezed ten bucks from me, so here I am again. I was pretty much (and indisputably) a wallflower (so to speak!) during high school. Two years with Mr. Longnecker in sophomore and junior U.S. History made me what I am today: an existentialist searcher of the meaning of it all, and the quest I will tell you is fruitless. So I just muddle along, continue searching, and enjoy all the little things in life. I get up to Redding quite a bit. My sister and parents still live there. he caught a 18 inch rainbow within three minutes. I've been a teacher for the past thirty two years. I live in Yuba City. I am thinking of attending the fortieth reunion of the class of '70. Has it really been that long? In my dotage, I've been growing increasingly nostalgic, and will be attending my THIRD Peter Noone concert in February. You know, Herman's Hermits: "Can't You Hear My Heart Beat," "Silhouettes," "Woke Up This Morning Feeling Fine," "Mrs. Brown," and many more. He puts on a heck of a show. And I was saddened to hear Gordon Waller of Peter and Gordon died this last July. I love their Del Shannon song "I Go to Pieces." Ok, I'll shut up! Kim
