Kim's Story
Life
I now live in Tennessee, just outside of Nashville. I'm married, stay at home mom to two kids.
After high school I attended Edmonds Community College for a time. I worked several clerical jobs before moving to Tennessee in April 1993.
My reasons for moving out to TN definitely fall under the category of "young and dumb" but it has all worked out for the best. I met my husband (he's from NJ) here, and Nashville is a great place to live (although I'm a total wimp when it comes to the ...Expand for more

I've gotten to do a bit a travelling; most states east of the Mississippi, France and Italy. We go to Florida once a year (an 8 hour drive to white sand and emerald water). My motherinlaw is just outside of NYC, so I've had many opportunities to go into the city (I was so proud of myself when I went solo!!)
Being a stay at home mom sure isn't easy, and being 2000 miles and 1000 miles away from gradparents doesn't make it easier. I get home about once every 12-18 months.
