Kim's Story

Kim's schools include Westminster High School. Kim later attended University of Useless Degrees. Music Kim likes includes: Dave Matthews, Metallica, Pink, Santana, Red Hot Chili Peppers Avenge Sevenfold , Johnny Cash and yes still Journey, dammit. . TV shows Kim likes include: The Voice , Sons of Anarchy, Modern Family, Cosmos, Ink Master. Favorite movies: Everafter, Little Miss Sunshine, The Godfather, Grown Ups, 200 Cigarettes A big part of me (music, movies, fashon etc.) is still in the 70's but I don't say "stuck in the 70's" because that time was so influential in designing the person I am today. Anyway I did give up the Farrah hair ! I will never be too old to rock to my classics, Pantera -Cemetery Gates, Iron Maiden - Run to the Hills, DIO -Holy Diver. I will never forget the huge lips on the stage at Folsom Field for Rolling Stones, or Kansas gliding down to the stage with jet packs. Especially, listening to Eddie Money singing "two tickets to paradise" live on the very day I got my Hawaii tickets in the mail. Jethro Tull at the coliseum with it completely decorated like a pirate ship. And of course 9th row center with Miss Delana to see Elvis Presley at McNichols One very big regret: picking up that first cigarette! Memories: Me and Delana and (I guess I shouldn't give names, but they were brothers , Linn.......) driving into the ditch by the school and us 4 getting it right out Things I might change: If I ever made someone feel out of place or that they didn't belong, if I didn't give you the attention you needed at the time. If I hurt or offended you in any way I truly apologize. I probably would be a better person if I took the time to meet more people and actually get to know them. I considere...Expand for more
d myself very lucky that I had friends from sports, drama, choir, I had friends that were on the honor roll and friends that, lets just say were not on the Honor Roll, I was lucky to have each and every one of them with all their differences. My suggestion to someone entering High School: This will be the easiest thing you will ever do in your life, take advantage of it. Have fun, play and enjoy every single person in your school. These are the days and these are the people that are going to be so very instrumental in your young adulthood. Be kind, be patient and tolerant of all yet don't be afraid to defend yourself from actions, words or beliefs. Study, Learn, Study , Learn, Study, Learn. I am sure I not the only one, we as a country should be appalled and disgusted at how many High School graduates can not spell or know the name of the Vice-President, That is all I will say about that, I don't want anyone correcting this for me. I spell words incorrectly and I am terrible with punctuation, OMG LOL Biggest crushes in high school are probably same as many others : Joel Stone, Danny Phillips, Mike Martinez, Scott Bales and number one was Mike Aiello Big High School memory, I think Ann and I were the only people flown off in Flight for Life on Senior Ditch Day!!! What a day! Something I am extremely proud of but cant really take any credit for it: My baby brother Carlo is a professor of particle physics at the university of Massachusetts at Amherst After High School thoughts, I don't think football coaches should teach classes that they did not attend college for, such as American Literature or Psychology. It doesn't (or shouldn't) take a whole semester to read Moby Dick and One Flew over the Cuckoos' Nest.
