Kim's Story

Well, we have all reached the age to say, "where did all that time pass"? Now it is not just the next generation it is the "Grand Generation" for a few of us. They are there to share what we missed with our own. Whow did we learn more out of school or what? Facing the second half of life and now that we finally get it, what's next. I have spent the last 20 years raising my kids, step kids and even for a couple of years our first granddaughter. What a blessing but I didn't want to be the mom she had a mama. Anyway, partnering with my husband's architectural firm for about 15 or so years of drafting, designing, I dealt with clients and all of the front end office duties. I was a tad burnt out. After a long period of struggle with anti-depressants, smoking pot and a little alchol the turmoil toward the end was more than I could handle. My husband as patient as he was with me, moved us to Bend, Oregon. What a beautiful change from the Reno depressing area -- Refreshing! It took a couple of years for me to finally say, "I am happy and healthy". I decided to go back to school to become a Homeopathic practioner. As I reasearched this area of healing. I learned that it is a study that heals our spirit and in this will lead to to helping our bodies to heal it's self. To guide our body's healing response asking to be ...Expand for more
healed. I became so angry with all the drugs that our Western doctors are feeding us just to cover up our symptoms of the direct result of our mind and emotions. I am a very new student and my desire is to help those that are willing to experience what their lives are really all about - a life of purpose and reason with meaning and understanding. Learning to trust. I have been a "Born Again" believer since I became pregant with my first son. I always have known of the power of salvation through the blood of Jesus. The cleansing and renewing but somehow as I read between the lines in the word of God there was much more than the churches were capable or willing I might say of teaching. This drive for me to learn more was a great push for me. It is important for us to understand that healing our minds, our bodies and our spirits has to be done as a whole and not treated as separates we are all one and very connected. It's really interesting stuff. I'm lovin' it. I know for many of you willing to read this page is a great one. I am still the same Kim, really, I haven't change much at all and no I haven't gone off the deep end. I have found the path I should have been on in the first place, yet I wouldn't be the woman I am today without all the bull sh-- I had come through for all those years. I did it my self.
