Well, this is pretty much the first time I've slowed down since I graduated high school! After graduation, I was off to Arizona State University 3 months later. Joined a sorority, lived the dorm life, had a blast & somehow graduated in 1991. Worked for my dad's company in Phoenix until 1994 when he sold it. ove cars AND houses). That wasn't enough, so I began 'flipping' houses & doing real estate on the side, because I love it! Ran my business for 12 yrs, and sold it in 2006. Have been doing a lot of real estate, especially since the '05 boom. I'm still 'flipping' houses, I've learned a lot & still love it. Now, I'm testing for my Broker's license, and hoping to start a new chapter in my life....
