Kim's Story
Life
I've been married to my second husband, Steve, for 28 years now. We recently moved to Avondale, Arizona. Steve took on a new position within the insurance business. We have 5 children.
John is 30. He is a Medical Laboratory Technician in the U.S. Air Force and lives in San Antonio, Texas. He and his fiance will be getting married in August 2011.
Joshua is 27 and living in Phoenix, Arizona. He's married to Carmen. They have Fayth, who will soon be 5 and their newest daughter born December 1, Avah.
Elizabeth is 26 and working as a teacher's aid and some days substitute teacher for an elementary school. She is on a waiting list to get into nursing school. She has a degree in Biology and would like at some point to become a Physcians Assistant. Elizabeth and her boyfriend of ...Expand for more
nine years, Taylor, have a daughter, Cambree 14 months old.
Joseph is 23 and lives with friends. He doesn't come home as often now as he works mostly nights. He works at the Arizona Biltmore.
Last is Stephanie, she is 20 and is in her second year of college. She too works at the Arizona Biltmore. Her boyfriend, Nick from WI., joined our family in August when he moved out here.
I am currently a manager for McDonald's. Quite a change after 29 years of daycare, but I am enjoying it. Weekends are filled with my children and their loved ones coming over for dinner...they can never get enough of my cooking or it could be that it's free meals for them. HAHA! Either way we love having them come over. My life has been busy and full of joy. I would love to hear from those of you who know me!
