Kim's Story
I was born in MIchigan and moved to Artemus, KY to start 8th grade and up through 12th in Barbourville at Knox Central High. After that I worked in the County Clerk's office before moving to Georgia and working with Thoroughbred horses where I met my husband. I got into the medical field and started working in Rome, Georgia before moving back to Kentucky. Now I have been living in Louisville, KY for 17 years. Management Department and Information Services with my associates degree for RHIT and HITECH certification HIT Pro-IS/TS and CMT. I also am a Native American Artist and travel to different shows throughout each year and participate in Trail of Tears events. I have been married for 22 years, no children.
I also volunteer for Kentucky's State Healh Information Management Association managing their web-site while also managing Kentucky's member page for the national organiation AHIMA and being a State Delegate for KYHIMA.
