Kim's Story
I got married in 1987 to Butch Nelson. We live in Harman with our 2 boys, Tyler (10) and Alex (6). Both boys go to school at Harman. I graduated from Davis & Elkins College in 1995 with BS degrees in Accounting and Management. I started in the real estate business as a sales agent in 1989 and worked for a company in Canaan Valley until I obtained my brokers license and started my own business, Landis Realty in 1997. Railey Realty, Deep Creek Lake, MD and the Broker for Timberline Four Seasons Realty (ski area) here in Canaan Valley. I am currently building a new office building here in Canaan Valley next to Big Johns Restaurant on Rt. 32. Stop by if you are in town. I have seen so many changes in and around Harman over the past several years. Some good, some bad. It is hard to believe how time has just past by so quickly.
I love animals. I have 12 cats and 5 dogs.
