More about Kim:"I'm an almost thirty-something "good enough" mom who drinks copious amounts of caffeine. My husband and I have three amazing children and have had talks about adopting a little girl from China. The Husband and I will soon celebrate our seventh anniversary together. It's been a wonderfully exhilarating roller-coaster of a marriage. Did I mention I throw up on roller-coasters? Because I do. Perhaps that wasn't the best metaphor. The Husband truly is the love of my life. I feel blessed to know him, and stunned that he married me. I love Bad Juans from Elsa's and in the later part of my twenties discovered how wonderful those greenish heavely drinks can make one feel. others. I am short-tempered, insecure, shy at first, and horribly grumpy in the mornings, yet my God loves and accepts me anyway. It's unbelievable ... and true. My Children are my life. I love those three little boys more than my own. Each has their own very unique "quirky" ways, and it is possible to love more than one child " that way". We all have inner goals and aspirations, I guess mine lately is finding peace, and trying to take care of myself and my family. I tend to stretch myself pretty thin, which in turn makes me feel extreme guilt for taking on too much...I've learned that no matter what happens, or how bad it seems today, life does go on, and it will be better tomorrow. I've learned that making a "living" is not the same thing as making a "life." I've learned that life sometimes gives you a second chance. I've learned that whenever I decide something with an open heart, I usually make the right decision. I've learned that every day you should reach out and touch someone. People love a warm hug, or just a friendly pat on the back. I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel."".
