Wow! Hard to believe it has been almost 12 years since graduation. I live in southern Louisiana, where I am very happy. As soon as I graduated, I couldn't wait to leave N.C. I have been around the world & back, thanks to my military career. Of course, it is always nice to go home for visits. I wonder if you all have found what you might have been looking for & if you are happy where you're at...? who were always in "cliques", still remain in those cliques....a sure sign of small minds:)
It was very enlightening to know that as an adult, I didn't need to belong to any clique. So, thank you...all you classmates who chose to remain within your "circle" of friends for ignoring me & others like me....you have helped me validate the reasons why I left Burke Co. after graduation....and it has all been for the BETTER.
