Kimberly's Story

Life Two words sum up my life since graduation: TRAVEL and KIDS. I have two daughters (22 and 8), and two sons (18 and 12). They are the loves of my life and I treasure every moment with them. Being their MOMMY is the greatest blessing in my life. I also have 2 sweet little Grandsons who are perfect in every way, as all grandparents think. I'm a flight attendant so if you call me, leave a message - I'm probably flying but I promise to return calls as soon as I land! And, I'm always up for a rendezvous with old friends while I'm on a layover! I do public speaking in behalf of the crew of the USS Indianapolis, CA-35. I dress up in 1940's vintage and travel the US, giving a multi-media presentation detailing their ordeal during their 5 days in shark-infested water at the end of WWII. When attacked, the ship had just barely delivered the atomic bomb - which ended the war. These men are genuine heroes and I am trying to live my life to be worthy of their...Expand for more
sacrifices which they made for me. I'm also on a quest to visit as many different historic sites relating to WWII as I can. When all is said and done, I have one friend who has NEVER, EVER failed me - Kirstin. She has shown me that eternal love, forgiveness, compassion, and devotion are real attributes. At the most critical time of my life, she was the only person who actually lived the principle of Christlike love. I owe her my life and will be forever thankful. Life is a lesson in change and learning. I'm so thrilled that my friends from 20 years ago, Cindy and Mike, tracked me down... they are so wonderful! Who knew that from one reconnection, my future would be forever altered - THANKS, CINDY! 30,000 hugs to you! I want to express my love and thanks to Deone and Jeff for loving me unconditionally.
