Life Well, I thought it was time to update my information. I am a nurse unit manager of an ALzheimers Dementia Unit which is stressful and demanding however, I do enjoy the people because you become so attached. I have been married now for 9 years and we have been together for 16 years now. Time flies by I guess!! We had our first child, samuel, in 2001. He was delivered prematurely at 31 weeks. We were very fortunate for him to be healthy other than the normal maturing needed for his lungs and nutritional intake. He was in U of M nicu for 3 weeks then we were able to take him home. He is now 5 and just started kindergarten this year. Our second child, Alyssa, was born in 2004. She is now 2 1/2 and we love them more than anything. My husband works at the university of michigan in the rec sports dept. and has been there for 14 years. We met my first year at EMU. My roommate and his brother were dating so that is how we met. We ended up both marrying brothers and became good friends and still are. I still remain very close with Lori Hendershot whom is god-mother to our children. We are in the process now...Expand for more
