Kimberly's Story

Life Hi Class of 78! Although I moved away to California as a sophomore, I never considered any other school 'my school'. Would love to hear where some of you are now. I fell in love with the 'boy-next-door' in California and married him in 1988. We got the combination plate - son, now 17, daughter, now 12. Added a cat, then a big hairy dog, then a new cat, and too many fish and critters to recall. We've lived in Pleasanton, California since 1985 and will be here, probably forever. My days revolve around my kids activities at this point * (will the kid EVER get his driver's license?? (YES HE DID!, last week!), marching band, wrestling, scouts, competitive soccer, and of course the constant orthodontist. My husband is a partner in a telecommunications consulting firm in San Francisco and travels to cities with very tall buildings (That's the simpl...Expand for more

Addendum, since Wednesday this week I've dealt with emergency wisdom teeth extraction, throwing up, pain medication (for him, not me, darn...), trapping feral cat under the house which was causing our cat to suddenly start spraying in the house, then sealing foundation vents, pruning 4 trees and the roses, finding remedy for itchy smelly dog, dryer broke this morning, had to go to laundromat to dry, repairman here this afternoon, inlaws stopped in, mid-vacuum - in their 80's - getting real interesting, and pre-teen daughter has already spent 12 hours shopping for bat mitzvah clothes and found nothing yet....I will go insane. I'd like to go back to work, but I'd have to get a wife to take care of all this fun stuff! ;) TGIF, and I want wine.
