Life
Let me tell you a bit about me. I have been re-married for the last two years to a great guy. He is patient, kind and loving and most of all loves my two teenagers (yes, teenagers) like they are his own.
My son; Nicholas is in the US Army and stationed at Ft. Hood. My daughter; Kaitlin lives nearby and is a hard worker. Nicholas loves baseball and the Yankees. Kaitlin loves to hang with her friends, talk on the phone, likes horses and the Yankees. My husband is a NY Met fan and of course I still like the Red Socks. They all love to ski and I don't. I hate the cold. I love warm sunny places. My husband and I love to travel. One of our favorite places is St. Maarten.
I have been involved with the American Cancer Society for many years. I have been Team Captain of a fantastic and ever growing team. My parents and brothers; Scott and Brian and their families have also joined me for this event in my home town in New...Expand for more
York. We have even recruited some family friends from RI over the years to join us for this special event. The event in my hometown is a 24hour event. It's a camping weekend. I started this with a friend of mine whose mother was diagnosed with this terrible disease and unfortunately was not able to beat it. My friend also lost her dad two years ago. My best friend Michelle her in New York recently lost her sister as well. Her sister left behind a devoted husband and mother of three children under the age of 11. Lost my Dad to cancer last May. He was always a great help at our event. I miss him everyday..
