Kimberly's Story

Well lets see, I am pretty much the same person that I have always been, just alittle less wild acting lol. yes I have tamed up alot in the last twenty or so years, well every now and then I have my moments. I have four children that most of you know of, I have seven grandchildren now, and to them I am Mamaw. They are what makes my heartbeat and each and everyone of them have a special place in my heart. I love spending time with them, of course now days I have to do that one at a time, most of the time. my body doesn't move like it used to, I have had my ups and downs and in those times have reached to God more and more in my life, without him I would not be here today and I do believe that. I love living in tennessee, but I do miss home sometimes and I especially miss getting to see all of my old friends around town. I can't really work much anymore, not like I used to due to some medical reasons but I do what I can and that is mostly caring for the elderly. I enjoy making their last days on earth filled with as much happiness as I can. I vol. at my church when I can. I still love music. I have been into my poetry alot in the last few years, writing about my life, peoms to help ease other peoples sorrows, and writing pretty much what ever comes to mind. I have started a childrens book, don't know when or if I will ever finish it, but thats okay, its for fun anyway. I have alot of drama in my life due to four children, some good some not so good but it keeps me going, gotta see what tomorrow brings. mostly I love life just like I always did, I like to help people just like I always did and I try to be kind and caring to everyone, I really believe in that Love thy neighbor as yourself thing and try my best to do that, I try...Expand for more
to be a good person in general, just like I always did!! So pretty much any of you that really knew me at all, I am the same old Kim, just alittle wiser, happier to be here and hopefully a better person. God Bless and maybe we will cross paths again thru classmates.com I always wanted to be a dancer when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a good idea. As it turns out, they were wrong, I wasn't built right for that kind of profession To relax I like to put on some music I like and close my eyes and meditate, or play some good gospil music and do the same thing. The wildest thing I did in school was when the Jammin Brothers were playing at the armory and I got drunk and messed up and walked thru the glass doors of the armory, bad thing!! If I'm going to work somewhere, I need to have Prayer, Prayer, and Prayer to be able to deal with the day-to-day. My inspiration comes from God, The faith of a better place when we leave our time on earth, that this is just our stepping stone unto the journey of all journeys and that inspires me to be the best person I can be, so when I meet my maker He will say my works were good here. and be proud of me. On this earth my inspiration comes from my parents, they were great parents and they always loved us all so very much, they were very supportive of all of their children and they were very kind people. we moved to tenn. in 1995, my husband's family originally came from here and he had always wanted to live here so I gave it a try and we are still here. The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Lori Moxin, because we had so much fun together and I really cherished her friendship, i haven't seen or talked ot her in over 14 years and I miss her.
