Kipper's Story
Born in Denver and raised in Adams City (Commerce City). Attended Adams City High School graduating in 1969 even though not attendant graduation ceremonies as I was in Navy boot camp. After receiving an honorable discharge, I attended Community College of Denver (Electronic Engineering Technology) and C.U. (Computer Programing). I married at this point and we had one son who will be 40 yrs old in 2 months. He's married and I have one grandson in high school here in Riverton, Utah. I'm retired on Federal Civil Service Disability working for the Civil Service since the Navy (since 1992). Following my retirement, I complete courses at 2 non-denominatiol seminaries in California earning a Doctorates degree in "Doctorate of Divinity", " Doctorate of Christian Studies", a "Masters degree in Spiritualism", a " Masters degree in Comparative Religion", a " Master of Religion", and I'm certified as a pastoral counselor. I now have more letters in front of anbd behind my name than in my actual name...Expand for more
.lol!
My first wife and I divorced after about 30 years. My last wife passed away 4 years ago which prompted me to move to Utah to be near family.
My retirement gives me a lot of free time which I spend playing my guitar(about 54 years of playing and writing music). Not a big football fan. Favorite reading, C.S.Lewis and the Bible. Favorite movies including the"Matrix, sci-fi, and chick flicks. Favorite TV show "Sons of Anarchy", (Harleys are the second love of me life), and " True Blood".
One of my favorite quotes is "The only way to ensure that evil takes over the world is for good men to standby and do nothing". Currently I'm still widowed and haven't re-married. I live alone with no pets. I live about 8 minutes from my Son and his family. Still retired and unattached. Spend my time studying the Bible, playing my guitar and writing music, working on Harley Davidson, studying several discipline of Martial arts (45 years) and praying.
Thanks for reading my short novel. God Bless.
