Greetings to you: This message is to the class of 1978 Earl Wooster High School, Reno, Nevada Territory. I have been asked by many classmates, "What Happened", in relation to what happened to me. Some of you have read the time line, which is one story of what happened to me. However, there have been some that have asked for more information. So, here it is. My first real school that I attended was Ridgewood Military Academy, located in Woodland Hills, California. This all-male military academy was the first to use all seven keys of effective education. This academy was a REAL place to learn. Discipline in academics, leadership, and being a gentlemen. This is what most young people need to learn. I was dragged into Washoe County School District. It was led by Nancy Piccolo at the time, and, with the school district, they viewed me as a threat at the time. This was due to the above and the way the district was set up in the Territory of Nevada (Nevada has never been made a state and this fact can be proven, however, that is for another time). Records recovered after a threat of Congressional Inquiry and done in 1995 does prove the following fact. Washoe County started to attack me personally about 45 days after my arrival in their school district. I was not alone in being attacked. Washoe County tried, in vain, to dumb me down so I would not be a threat to them. Many other students were also being dumbed down nationwide. If you do not believe me, there is an e-book called "The Deliberate Dumbing down of America". But this was just the beginning. It was Wooster which turned up the heat on myself and others. In my case many of you were used to further the agendas of certain groups which used us to fund certain projects. The Project in my case was called "Operation Identification". This was to identify who was perceived as threats. In my case I had a very good education foundation, as stated before. Frankie Sue Del Papa was a graduate from UNR in 1975. Then she worked with the board of regents at University of Nevada Reno right at the time the Lawler Event Center was being drawn up. This was coordinated with Operation Identification. So what you had was the false funding of students, coupled with finding revenue for this project. The result was selling us down the river and the District would get a revenue generator. A sell out. So here is the bottom line. I was denied any kind of education in Washoe County and I am now being prevented from being able to finance my education and, subsequently, any kind of career except the computer field which I had a very rough time getting into. This was due to bigotry at the time. What I have learned was that all of you did not have the privilege of learning the seven keys of effective education. Washoe County failed you in that regard.
