UPDATE - RETIRED AFTER 42 YEARS WITH THE USPS
When I graduated from high school I went to the Des Moines Area community College for 2 years. While I was there I worked at a couple of retail stores and a yeaar as a Postal assistant with the USPS. I then went to Drake and after a semester there I ran out of money and quit school didnt want to be in hock ( a misguided concept)after working a bit full time as a cook I married and then went back to the USPS. Bought a house had a son and here I am 32 years later same wife, same house and same employer. I make up my own job at work deciding what I want to do each day so I am almost self employed without all the hassles of being self employed.

other passed away and one of the most rewarding things she had after husband kids and grandkids was her time she spent with some of her high school friends she reconnected with about her 35th or 40th reunion. This was the reason I actually started working at putting this reunion together, So that friends could reconnect after not being a part of their lives for so many years. For many it was 3 years for others 6 years and for others it was 12 years that they had spent together and because of jobs, families etc they have lost touch with each other. Many people who have current friends dont have that kind of history together. So I am hoping that we have a good turnout and that everyone has a good time.
