Kirsten's Story
Life
Graduated from University of MD-College Park in 1996. Majored in Criminology/Criminal Justice. Played 4 years of women's lacrosse. Team won 2 National Championships!
Traveled to Africa for 6 weeks. Only American in group that camped and traveled through 6 African countries in overland truck. Lots of Fun!
Moved to Durham, NC in 1996 to be Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach at Duke University. Coached for 2 seasons.
Now I am the Director of Blood Services at the American Red Cross. I set up blood drives/blo...Expand for more
odmobiles and manage 2 fixed sites in Durham, NC. Amazing that I am actually the boss of several people. Actually quite scary at times! Still don't know what I want to be "when I grow up."
Enjoy traveling and hanging out with boyfriend in NC. We visited my sister in Egypt last year.
I still keep in touch with lots of Raiders. Rent a house with Alison Valentino (1993) who now coaches at Duke. Road bike with Dana Dattlebaum (McGraw 1992) who lives in Cary, NC. I can't wait to see everyone at our reunion!
