Kristen's Story

Hey old friends! Wow... can you believe it's been over 15 years since we graduated high school? Crazy.. but I am still feeling young at heart so that is all that matters. Here's the scoop - I ventured off to UCSB (B.S. in Aquatic Biology) and graduated in 1997. I lived and worked up in SB till 2000 and then moved down to HB to live closer to my twin, Jenni (remember nickname 'shroomie' for her hairstyle? Yeap,.. I used to cut that hair!). From 2000 through 2007, I have been working in the mortgage lending and real estate industry working on the wholesale / retail side in addition to being a mobile notary. I've pretty much have done all aspects of real estate. I got tired of the business (and needless to say.. it isn't doing so hot right now) about a year ago and am now working at a private equity firm in SD. I met my awesome husband, Craig, back in 2004. After 15 months of courtship, the lucky sucker proposed. We got married on Aug 12, 2006 (I share my twin's wedding anniversary...Expand for more
of 6 yrs) on Harbor Island in San Diego and we currently live in Crown Pointe / Pacific Beach in San Diego. We just added a second level to our home... why? well, we will be adding rug rats into the future. However, we started with a killer puggle puppy, Tucker, a year ago! Life is great; I love living in San Diego, being married, and enjoy my new career (far less stressful!). I am blessed to have family in the area! I love to hang out with my sister, family, friends, and don't forget, I still have a wild hair in me - I love to go out still and go dancing! I live a very healthy lifestyle; eating right and working out 5 days a week in the gym and doing outdoor activities on the weekend. We love to travel; been to Costa Rica, New Zealand, Fiji, and Europe to name a few. Check out my myspace page by searching under kristen garrett weiss.
