While being trained to be an Agent at the OSPCA (Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty of Animals), there was some very graphic video shown there too, but with seeing it makes you realize that it IS going on around the globe, and even in our own neighborhoods...
If it makes you worry, makes you sick, or even makes you look twice, call your local humane society or OSPCA and have something done about it...don't look from afar...SAY SOMETHING to the agent/by-law officer so it can be investigated,.....the person will NOT know who called on them ..... if the offender EVER says "well that agent said YOU called" you can know that they are lying, and deny it,...Expand for more
