Kristi's Story
Hello! Kristi here, and what's new with me? To put it in a nutshell, was married, no kids, just always had a horse. My third horse, Amigo, passed away so I am now 'horseless". Have always have been an animal lover. Have 5 cats and a dog. Been writing for years....hope to get a book published but I need an agent. Always involved in art. Been in art shows, won FIRST PRIZE a number of times! I paint people's pets and wildlife in acrylics. Anyone out there want their pet portrait done? Most humbling accomplishment: I have been in the martial arts for 12 years and currently hold a 1st Degree Brown Belt in the art of Kenpo Karate. Any martial artists out there who want to trade some kicks?!...Expand for more
Sure learned a lot about myself...what I'm capable of doing and how Karate is a way of life. I sold my house (lived near Midway Airport) and moved to Nashville, TN. Long story how I got to Nashville so if I hear from you, I'll explain. I am retired and when my parents passed on, my siblings and I were left with a comfortable inheritance which I live off of. In good health relatively speaking...some old martial arts injuries and horseback riding-related accidents, but nothing that hampers my lifestyle. Live in a townhouse in a woodsy quiet area, try to stay in shape, and am constantly painting and entering art shows. If you're in Nashville, please stop by. Hope to hear from some of you.
