Kristi's Story
My family moved to town when I was in the fifth grade. I attended Garfield Elementary in 5th and 6th grade. My best friend in grade school was Laurie McCormick.
In Junior High I was in my awkward stage of life, all legs and teeth. Wore braces awhile. I loved going to church camp with my friend Laurie Owen. We had a great time!

r named John Hogan. My favorite memories of high school were going to football and basketball games, high school dances and the annual drama club trip to Chicago. I also remember "dragging Main" with my friends Robin McCray and Peggy Grice. Peggy's old car was cool.
Unfortunately, my dad was transfered out of town and we moved the summer after my junior year. I regret not being able to graduate with my class but still consider Keokuk and the class of 1970 to be my high school class.
