Kristie's Story
Life
I am happily married for 15 years to handsome engineer with the Cal Fire Dept.. We have two children, a boy and girl. Tyler is 17, and a senior in high school. Kailee is 11, and is in the 6th grade. Both are A students and enjoy school. Since high school I have done alot in my life. Went to school to practice in the medical field. Did lots of Marlin Fishing Tournaments off of Catalina Island, also did some in Cabo San Lucas. Did alot of skiing, and worked at our local ski resort as a Ski Patroller, and Lift Operations Asst. Manager. Traveled some, and then married and had children.Was a stay at home Mom for years, and then went back to work out of bordom.I currently work in the emergency room at our local hospital. ive, alot of positive came out of it. In Dec. 2005 I nearly lost my life to a red light runner. Flown to the nearest trauma center where I slowly recovered. Major brain-head trauma along with many broken bones and lacerations. I will never be myself again but so happy to be alive. Thank god everyday and treat everyday as it may be the last. Life is awesome. We as a family enjoy having fun, our quads, friends, skiing, snowboarding, traveling, camping, river, fishing,(deep sea, and stream). We live at the 5000 ft level so we enjoy the snow. My husband will retire when our daughter graduates from high school. We plan on moving out of state in the next two years. He will fly back and forth to finish his career. He works for the state but this state sucks. Look forward to hearing from you. Life is going by way to fast. Enjoy everyday.
