My Spouse
CPHS Music Department, 1970. Bob and I were sneaking out to the rally court to sing/play guitar 30+ years ago and were lucky enough to eventually form a permanent duet. Will celebrate our 12th anniversary in April '08, and are set for a two week visit in August with 1972-73 AFS sister Anki Rojman Stenbacher in Sweden, and then on to the United Kingdom, including the full Beatles tour in Liverpool!
My Pets
To-Be is the last offspring of Bob's beautiful cat Zenobia, who died this past summer at 15 years (or so). Zenobia saw Bob through some rough "single dad" years and was a big loss; To-Be stepped right up to be the lady her mom was, a bit nervous but mostly calm and cuddly.
My Kids
My son James graduated school early on a Proficiency exam and is now 24 and attending JC and working at a gym. Bob's son Nick is 28 and lives in S...Expand for more
onoma County, works in retail, and was married in August of 2004. Bob's son Mark is 31, lives nearby, and does pet care. We also have three sponsored Godchildren, Carlos in Mexico, Vanesa in Bolivia, and Piyumika in Sri Lanka.
My Job
Completed a part time reading specialist position at the elementary level in June; last year (2007-08) I was teaching at Fremont Elementary in Antioch, First Grade. Got caught in a big layoff in Antioch in June, but looks like I will start soon as a vocal music teacher in our home district- Mt Diablo Unified! Shades of Rich Martin, Joanne Masters, and Jacki Mepyans! Bob and I have been increasing our professional Music performances in the last couple of years; he does a gig down at the Riverview Lodge here in Antioch every so often with his buddy Randy Cullar. He is due to retire from PG&E within a year or two.
