Kristin's Story
Life
Managed to survive my teens if you can believe that, and did get an academic scholarship to WSU - computer science degree. Had a wild time in my 20's - miss those days sometimes - partied a lot, studied a lot, worked a lot, traveled a lot, broke a lot of hearts (and had mine broken a few times).
I did a LOT of traveling over the years. My most memorable & educational trip was when I spent time in China with a family in a small village in the outskirts of Shanghai. That trip humbled me and changed my outlook on the world, America, and particularly material objects.
I had some great jobs (some may think); however, the 9-5 cubicle lifestyle is not for me. I started my own business in 2002 and it is going well. I'm very active in the community and involved in local politics.

r-wonderful guy and am now pregnant for the first time in my life. I am excited about this, but also fear I (we) may miss the lifestyle I have always known: going out to dinner, going out whenever we want, going out of town on a whim, etc. Wish us luck, he is due in March 2005.
After all these years I have finally found peace & calmness in my life. It took me forever it seems sometimes. But, now I choose my friends more selectively (and don't allow myself to be hurt by the fake ones), am my own boss at work, pick my own hours, and have a husband who adores me (and two dogs who adore me too). This lifestyle is calming for me. Hopefully the new baby won't shake things up too much - LOL right
