Kristine's Story

I live in Sanibel, FL with my husband Mark and German Shephard, Bleu. My son, Derek, is a business student at Georgia College & State University (GCSU). I own a mobile fitness business (since 2003) which specializes in private instruction, corporate training, workshops, nutritional support, yoga parties and community outreach. I love my job! ast-paced, crazy, sometimes overwhelming world in which we live in. Plus, I just enjoy helping people choose a healthier lifestyle. :) I enjoy being outdoors ... walking on the beach, riding my bike, canoeing, sitting on the patio with a cold beverage & grilling out with friends. I absolutely LOVE traveling ... and my goal is to see as much of the world as I possibly can.
