What I do when I'm not at work: I teach Yoga at a local gym. I workout in the gym every chance I get. Can't run any more because of a back injury. So, I walk 4 miles every day and ride my bike on the weekends. I shoot trap (using a shotgun to shoot down little clay pigeons) during the winter months.
