Life
First off...yes, I did change my name from Kristy Duermeier to Kiara Lee. I had so many changes in my life, I felt like a name change was warranted. : )

th of personal growth for many years and in the past few years have practiced meditation and explored other spiritual practices. I'm studying Breema bodywork to become a Certified Practioner. I've been vegetarian since 1990 and lean towards eating vegan (no dairy, eggs). Though I'm not in a band now, I do sing and plan get on stage again soon. Well...can't cover it all can we?
