KURT M. KALAFSKY, AIA CSI

As a Founding Principal of The Aztec Corporation and Aztec Architects, P.C. and a Registered Architect in thirty-one states and the District of Columbia, Mr. Kalafsky has overall responsibility for the supervision and production of technical and computer aided drafting and design for each client's facility needs. He also handles all employee-training needs through weekly in-house training as well as orchestrating out of office specialty training on an as needed basis. With his knowledge of local, state and federal codes and ordinances, he is considered an expert in code review and interpretation. He also researches the latest technology in both hardware and software for new advancements in the CADD Industry to develop ways to service AztecÂs clients more effectively and efficiently. Mr. Kalafsky continuously looks for ways to assist others in identifying and reaching their goals and objectives, which directly benefits all of our clients.

PERSONAL
Mr. Kalafsky, an Eagle Scout, is volunteering his time as a Cubmaster for Pack 515 in Howell, New Jersey. He also serves on the Council's Executive Board as Council President and as an Eagle Scout Career Advisor for the Monmouth Council Boy Scouts of America. For sixteen years Mr. Kalafsky has been actively involved with children as a Coach for Pop Warner Football. He also served has the President of the local Executive Board and Division Commissioner of Jersey Shore Pop Warner Football League. He has also served as a Head Coach for the Howell Recreation T-ball Program. Mr. Kalafsky has also been both an Assistant and a Head Coach for the Howell Soccer Club. Kurt live's in Howell, NJ with his wife Joy and their four children.
