As a Founding Principal of The Aztec Corporation and Aztec Architects, P.C. and a Registered Architect in thirty-one states and the District of Columbia, Mr. Kalafsky has overall responsibility for the supervision and production of technical and computer aided drafting and design for each client's facility needs. He also handles all employee-training needs through weekly in-house training as well as orchestrating out of office specialty training on an as needed basis. With his knowledge of local, state and federal codes and ordinances, he is considered an expert in code review and interpretation. He also researches the latest technology in both hardware and software for new advancements in the CADD Industry to develop ways to service Aztec’s clients more effectively and efficiently. Mr. Kalafsky continuously looks for ways to assist others in identifying and reaching their goals and objectives, which directly benefits all of our clients.
