Kurtis's Story
I was always a bit of an undercover nerd in high school. I had classes with a lot of upper class jocks, who I made friends with largely because they were good people, who couldn't survive academically without me. I graduated with honors in the top 10 of my senior class and went on to community college where I earned two Associates Degrees in Accounting and Business Administration, while working full-time. pleting my Bachelor's Degree in Business Adfministration from the University of Phoenix. We married on May 20, 2006 and are currently living in Victorville, California and expecting our first child. I am currently employed as the Assistant Security Manager at The Mall of Victor Valley, where I have been for the last 3 years. While my career is no where near where I expected it to be, I am happy doing what I do and my employer is very supportive of who I am and the obligations that I have to my family.
