Kurtis's Story
I attended the University of Oklahoma after high school. I graduated in 1985 with a bachelor's degree in accounting. In 1989, I joined the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as a bank liquidator in Houston, Texas. I was transferred to Washington, DC in 1993.

by the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts working as a pension fund manager for federal judges.
I attended business school in Fairfax, Virginia and graduated in 1999 with an M.B.A. in finance. In 2009, I rejoined the FDIC working as a Financial Analyst.
I currently live in Logan Circle, Washington, DC.
