Latara's Story

I always wanted to be an author when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a stupid idea. As it turns out, they were wrong. I am writing a story based on my life and the events that took place from my childhood as young as 6yrs old until now called "Tyler's Cry." I am also writing another story, "Just Take The Pain Away" about my most recent relationship, the journey itself, and how it brought me closer to the Lord. Look for both these books in the bookstores very soon. The craziest thing I ever done in school was rap and sing at a pep rally in junior high in front of the entire school. I know a lot of people might not have remembered it, but it will always be an embarassing (but funny) moment in my life. (Oh yeah, whats up Sammie. Let me know when you want to freestyle battle!) If I'm going to work somewhere, I need to have a decent salary, plent of pto, and a babysitter for my three boys to be able to deal with the day-to-day. I have a 8yr old (Domanic-son of Miguel Rojo, my high school sweetheart)and about to have two newborn twin boys (Christian and Nathaniel-sons of my recent ex). The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Coy Williams, because he was my first love and I will never forget him. I spent three years fighting my mom to keep him steady in my life and it was all worth it. He was a great ...Expand for more
guy. I heard that he is married now and I wish him and his wife all the blessings that God can give because Lord knows he blessed me with unconditional love. My biggest surprise has been that I didn't continue my goal of becoming a gospel singer. That was the only thing I really ever wanted to be since I was 4yrs old and I truly am shocked that I hadn't kept pursuing that. Also, that I actually am about to have twins. There are no twins in my family whatsoever. I am the only one. And it couldnt skip me. LOL! I'm blessed but that was a real shocker. The one thing that I've learned from being a parent is that being a parent is a full time job and you never get paid. LOL!!! The teachers I would love to see again is: 5. Mr. Elliott (Eng IV-HS-the nicest teacher I ever knew) 4. Mr. Franklin (My favorite principal-HS) 3. Ms. Newton (5th grade teacher-taught our class sign language) 2. Mr. Carr (band instructor-thanks for passing me anyway. Just kidding.) 1. COACH DARDEN (HE WAS FIIIIIIIINE!!!!!OOOOHHH JESUS!) If I won $100 million, I'd give 10% of it to pay my tithes because no one really deserves it more than God, then spend the rest on land to build houses so that my family will all have homes near one another, two cars per family and CD's for all three of my boys and godchildren (Josiah and Jussara).I would split the tithes three ways:
