Iranian navy no match against U S Navy, Arabian Sea, hated it here- it was so hot in berthing compartment to sleep that you are drench with sweat. The only place cold was our computer room and probably communications-I know I was in the communications for the first 10 years in the navy.. It’s seems like we were always going to “general quarters” right before you fall asleep. You had to get up, put your working dungaree uniform on rush to your combat station 7 days a week. Your work days were 13-15 hours a day at sea-regular days. In combat, we were always had our planes bombing and shooting-Iranians -they took oil p...Expand for more

Since I have been a single parent and all I did most of the time work and go home. Now alone and kind of love the peace and quiet of being at home instead of work. Working on doing some running like I use to do before going to work before. I do some lifting weights at home to get ready for the gym. For now I am working on 30 to 1 hour walking for 6-12 months first before trying to do some running, since I hurt my knee 2018 at work. I take a lot of supplementation and herbs. Its seems like these herbs helps me physically. I am bless I am not taking any drugs at this age.
