re recently since early 2003. I served in the Navy Reserves from 1982 - 1987 and then on active duty from 1987-1991 as an avionics technician. After getting out of the navy in '91, I moved the family to Dallas, TX for a job working at an overhaul facility for large commercial jets doing avionic repair and modification. In '93 we moved back to V.B. and I got a job writing wiring manuels for navy aircraft. In 2001 I started a home renovation and repair business which, in 2003, gave way to my current profession in real estate. I have found a home in real estate and have no desire to do anything else. I have recently become a Ceritified Distressed Property Expert through the National Association of Realtors. If you know anyone who is facing hardship and are struggling with their mortgage, I can show them what their options are. I will show them how to avoid forclosure and save their credit. There are many scams out there taking advantage of the mortgage crisis. Never, ever do business with someone who charges you fees up front or even outside of closing.".
