Larry's Story
Well yeah Hi, After graduating from Marymount I went on to Loyola or was it Concordia? Anyways, I graduated from there too and besides getting a degree, I had a great time playing cards... had many great adventures and finally married at the young age of 24. We lived happily for almost 22 years when things changed, she went on to a new bubbly life, and we divorced, but we did have three great kids, my 3 sons,now 25, 21 and almost 19 who live with me and drive me crazy,along with my Lab, my cat and their rabbit,....On my own, I met new people, new friends and I started a new life on my own... I traveled to Mexico,even took my sons and our girlfriends on a cruise ,yeah life was going well.But hey life changes from one day to another... One day, I get a call and got in touch with an old girl friend from St Paul's and Marymount, actually my high school crush, yeah I always had the hots for her, that's the truth... Where did she find me? Well right here on Classmates...well that was over a year ago and well we got together and hit it off. some sense out of it, we decided to just make a bet... I won the bet!!! Did she not come back to Montreal just to pay up the $100? Yeah she did. What a good sport!So I took her to a wedding and we had the time of our lives, reminiscing about our old high school days.We connected immediately, we both had ties,,but well lets say we just got untangled.hah. Last month we got together again and did the whole new England tour, Lake George, Philadelphia, New Jersey,New York, Boston, Salem, Connecticut,Vermont ...and well now I'm going to her town to spend Thanksgiving weekend, yeah she's north american. She's still cute as ever, she still has me laughing like when we first met and I separated her from her Barbie collection and invited her to her very first boy girl party, yeah !She finally forgave me ,after almost 40 years,for taking her to play spin the bottle that summer of 69, she wanted me to be her first, hah, but hey SHE spinned the bottle herself and got someone else she didn't want to smooch with, I can't mention his name, she'd kill me, So I'm thankful for Classmates..haha..to be continued some day. p.s .Obviously, SHE helped me narrate all this.
