Larry's Story
Once high school was done, I obtained an education in the computer and electronics field. This made it possible to work in Alberta, in both Calgary and Edmonton. Fast paced , the oil industry was a top employer. I worked in my field and then in the industry itself. After working and living in Alberta for about 9 years, after leaving Ontario, the oil industry collapsed and I ended up in northern BC. There is a great lifestyle in western Canada. Laid back and healthy, outdoor living.
I have been interested in prospecting since I was a kid, and this place is prospecting heaven. I have traveled from the Yukon and Alaska to the boundary country, in southern BC. Working for Alcan the past 23 years, has afforded me to travel and see a lot of things. Along the way I bought and sold homes and land and had a reasonably good time.

ned a commercial flying ticket through Coastal Pacific Aviation. and TK Air. After 8 years of renting, I purchased a Cessna 182Q. Fast and well equipped, it affords me greater opportunity to travel and explore the coast and the north. I enjoy the challenge of mountain flying as well as long range navigation, and the freedom flying gives me.
I have been married twice, and although single at the moment, I have found that the changes in life, seem to be for the better. We all grow into and out of things.
Retirement is on the horizon. I have mining interests in northern BC and northern Ontario. Gold prices are high, and some small mining ventures are now worth the risk. As the next chapter opens up, I am sure there will be further changes along the way, the future is bright.
