mer Mustang and since May, I have foucused on making this business grow! ( Cat-Daddy's Catering) we specialize in catfish and crawdads, hence the name! We cater all sorts of items and cook on site. It is a lot of work but the hours are not to bad, and the work is fun.
That was in 2003, since then I have gone on to work as a Manufactors Rep, First with the Ariens Co. and currently with Textron / Jacobsen. I am the Regional Sales Manager for LA, MS, AL, TN, & KY. We still dable with the cattering but my travels keep me busy.
