Larry's Story
In high school I liked fast cars and drove a white GTO Judge sports car. One of the best photo's I remember was taken in speech class in the demonstration of how to saddle a horse and used Martin Jones as the horse.
After graduating I attended Chipola Jr. College, University West Florida majoring in Health, Leisure and Sports education, in which I was on the tennis team ranked in the top ten singles, 1st in mixed doubles, 2nd in men's doubles and got to travel with the team. herapy. After passing my national boards got a license in Respiratory Therapy, also obtaining a Lab license as a Medical Technologist in Blood Gas Analysis.
I was the Director of the Cardiopulmonary Dept. at Washington Co. Hospital, (now known as Northwest Fl. Comm. Hosp.) where I retired after over 30 years. I currently work full time at HealthMark Reg. Med. Ctr. at Defuniak Springs.
I have two wonderful boys, Austin and Jared, and two wonderful grandchildren Shaun and Jackson. I have been married to my wonderful wife Karen for over 31 years.
